Ross is currently the Principal of Gilmour Infrastructure Consulting Inc. (GIC) located in Vancouver, BC, where he provides value engineering, constructability reviews, shadow bids / affordability estimates, critical path scheduling analyses, risk assessments, contract administration support, due diligence, and other key services for both public and private clients on major bid-build (DBB), design-build (DB), CMGC and P3 infrastructure projects and pursuits across Canada and USA.
